PC97 plastic candle holder is made of high flame retardant PC plastic with four points at the bottom. The flame retardant grade of plastics increased gradually  Hb, V-2, V-1 to V-0

1. HB: lower flame retardant grade in UL94 standard. It is required that the burning rate is less than 40 mm / min for samples 3 to 13 mm thick, less than 70 mm / min for samples less than 3 mm thick,  extinguished before the 100 mm mark.

2. V-2: the flame is extinguished within 60 seconds after two 10 second combustion tests on the sample. There can be combustibles falling down.

3. V-1: the flame is extinguished within 60 seconds after two 10 second combustion tests on the sample. No combustibles should fall.

4. V-0: the flame is extinguished within 30 seconds after two 10 second combustion tests on the sample. No combustibles should fall.
